• Be able to live independently and ambulate without assistance

Availability is subject to screening, room availability, and management approval.

3. Permitted Use of Website

4. Payments, Deposits & Refund Policy

• Early move-out does not guarantee prorated refunds unless stated in the resident agreement.

All payments are final, except where required by law.

No refunds will be issued in cases involving rule violations or misconduct.
